Deadly small plane crash in Upper Moreland

A married couple and their daughter are dead following a small plane crash in Upper Moreland Township

Following a reported loss of engine power, the aircraft impacted trees and terrain behind a house shortly after takeoff from Philadelphia-North Philadelphia Airport (PNE/KPNE), in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 
The aircraft was destroyed and the three occupants onboard received fatal injures.

UPPER MORELAND TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) – A married couple and their daughter are dead following a small plane crash in Upper Moreland Township. The Beechcraft Bonanza plane crashed in the backyard of a residential area near Morris Road and Minnie Lane, around 6:15 a.m. Thursday. The NTSB says the plane was heading to The Ohio State University Airport in Columbus.
